Adonai's IT Solutions (PTY) LTD

In his current capacity as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ADONAI’S Information Technology Solutions (PTY) LTD, James is responsible for developing new business, cultivating client relationships and project stewardship. He is also extensively involved in the development of business consulting, technology and outsourcing services within the firm.

He has worked with and consulted to the leadership of public and private sector organizations in Namibia including Ministry of Finance, Software AG, Bank of Namibia, Computer Software Developers, Ministry of Works, SWA Building Society, Computer Application Development Experts, Standard Bank Namibia, Post and Telecommunications, Internet Technologies Namibia, Business Connexion Namibia, Gijima AST Namibia, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun MicroSystems, Office of the Prime Minister, Globalbits Namibia, and SILNAM Information Technology Solutions, where he gained collectively more than 20 years of experience in the Information Communication Technology sector, ranging from Junior Computer Operator to Network Administrator, Computer Operations Manager, Chief Systems Administrator and Acting Deputy Director: Information Technology Division.

Upon establishing ADONAI’S Information Technology Solutions in 2008 (then the former Chief Systems Administrator), James has been actively involved in various engagements gaining significant and valuable experience in several areas. These include business process improvement, IT system reviews, development of statement of user requirements, IT Disaster Recovery Plan Formulation, IT Master Plan Formulation, Organizational Strategy Formulation, and ICT Strategy Formulation.

Recently, James has excelled in the area of project management and has been instrumental in ensuring delivery of several large IT projects simultaneously. He has also been actively involved in identifying and securing work for business consulting and technology.

James holds a Diploma in Business Information Systems obtained from the Association of Business Executives (ABE) examination body in the United Kingdom (UK), through part time studies at The International University of Management (IUM), Windhoek, Namibia.
